We’ve always enjoyed these walking tours as it’s a great way to understand more about what you see and hear history on stuff that you would not normally hear. Rob was a good guide but struggled to hold his emotions sometimes. Well worth going into the museum and worth getting an observatory ticket to finish off the evening. Bring some water with you.

Very emotional while listening to Robert Yonskie go through his account and details of that horrific day. I know it hit to the core to most of us, I can now imagine what it felt like to have lived through it on your home turf listening to Robert talking about how his father was there and the time span between when he spoke to his father that morning and the instructions he gave to him and his mom and then all the time in between until he spoke to him again some time later. Heart wrenching. Was intrigued how his Father played a part in implementing Homeland Security. Know that it would be hard to beat Robert as your tour guide and all the Information he gave us re: what influences were used in the memorials to the Twin Towers and WTC, and what symbols are there for everyone to see on the Freedom Tower. I WILL NEVER FORGET.

This was the most moving, relevant and informative tour I have been on. Robert out tour guide can take the credit for that. I thought he was brilliant. Loved it even though it was over 1O0 F.
