Sara, the tour guide was very engaging and brought the whole experience of 9/11 to a personal level and made the tour extremely enjoyable despite its solemn nature. She was very well informed and detailed in her presentation and kept the pace just right. Would definitely recommend both her and the tour to others.

The guide did not turn up at the allotted place. Therefore our voucher was not redeemed for tickets to the museum. We had to buy them again to get in.
