We were not able to take the trip because we were running late so we requested to be reschedule to 5:00 instead of 4:15 but we received a copy of the condition that there is no change nor refund. So we wasted our payment for 2 persons.

Definitely a must do!!! Guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. Beautiful views and history of Chicago. Rate this a 10/10.

The tour was comprehensive & well organized. Although the guide instructed guests to not use their cell phones to create a distraction, the staff should have received the same guidelines. There were groups of what appeared to be trainees and employees walking around & talking loudly. This made it difficult to hear the tour guide. It was very distracting & I know we didn't hear as much as possible.
