Great experience. Excellent knowledgeable guide. Perfect views of Chicago from the waterways. An overview of the rich architectural story of Chicago.

Our boat was way over packed on the top deck. There was no social distancing with COVID. If I knew that, I would of gotten tickets for another cruise. What was the most disappointing aspect for me and my husband was right before we left the dock, they put a whole bunch of handicapped people on the boat last. We are not sure where they put these people, but why wouldn't the company put them on a boat first so they can be better accomodated? The whole situation was a bit chaotic.

When given notice that a group with special boarding requirements are coming, we arrange to pick them up first, at our ADA accessible location. It's possible the group just showed up or purchased without informing us of the needs. We are, in fact, the only boat cruise in Chicago with a an ADA accessible location and elevators on our vessels.
