We spent over $250 for our family of 5 to get in and we were very disappointed. Many-many things were VERY dirty. The foam mats were covered in black mold, the lazy river was filthy (spoon, bandaids etc floating), the showers were nasty with water backed up several inches in some and just plain dirty. With the park being in FL and with Disney somewhat nearby I expected this to be at least somewhat nice especially for the price. Everyone in our family said they were disappointed at how dirty and un-kept every thing was. I would not go back for sure.

$400 for a super cabana so we had enough seats for all 6 in our group. Cushions are stained and sticky. Old food in random places. Clearly it’s never cleaned - ever. Fridge was moldy. Got 6 bottles of water, 2 popcorn and 2 cotton candy. This is not what I was told was included. We paid $200 extra for popcorn and cotton candy. Concierge attendants were rude and just hated life. I thought part of what we paid for was to have them get food and drinks so we didn’t have to wait in the hours long lines, but they don’t do that. They sit on their phones in the shade and let anyone go to the cabanas. Thank God we got the water because we couldn’t get it anywhere else. The lines for food are so long it’s just miserable. They have to change the rule to allow outside food or people are going to end up sick from heatstroke. They can’t handle the number of people coming in, so they need to make adjustments. It was such a disappointment that I didn’t even take one picture that day.

I bought a season pass and have gone twice with my grandkids this summer. I'm very disappointed with this park. All of the bad comments on the other posts are true. Place is dirty. Understaffed. No place to get fluids without waiting in a long line. If you want a lunch meal you have to wait no less than 30 minutes, typically longer, at any time of the day. AND THEN when you finally get to the food, they've run out of several food options. My last visit they'd run out of hot dogs and desserts. Even the Dip'n Dots (ice cream) cart has only 2 flavors at an exorbitant price. Wave pool wasn't working. Several slides were removed so lines for the existing slides are very long - unless you pay for a fast pass.
