Decided to enjoy a fun day at the waterpark since we were on vacation. No indication of bad weather but unfortunately bad weather came. $375 dollars basically for a meal. We stayed 4 hours waiting on the weather to pass. If you’re from out of state don’t even waste your time. They will screw the heck out of you and keep your money and offer a rain check that you cant even transfer to someone else that may vacation here. We will NEVER visit this place or any affiliated again due to their robbery. Unbelievable and shame on you people!!!! Lots of angry people today in the same situation as us. You get tourists. Do better with your ridiculous policies. Never again! We even called to give them a chance to at the very least allow us to transfer the tickets to someone else so our money didnt go to complete waste and the woman agreed and confirmed with two supervisors and told us to just call back with the names and email of the family for us to do so and be told they won’t honor what they said they would do after finding a family to transfer to. Would give zero stars if i could. You people are crooks!

Worst day ever!!! Too crowded, not enough help. Nowhere near enough tubes available for the lazy river. Big slides almost a 2 hour wait. Waited s long time in line for a couple icee drinks and a churro. ONE employee running the whole snack stand, yet the turkey leg kiosk (who sold nothing but turkey legs because they had run out of popcorn and the Icee machine was out of order) had THREE employees standing around doing nothing. What kind of management runs this place????

The park is extremely dirty and dated. The lazy river was full of mulch that had washed into it over time. The smell of mold and urine was everywhere. Most of the staff are on power trips lacking basic common sense. There are a couple good slides and the wave pool that make it bearable. Seems there are a few good pool areas for little ones as well.
