My family and I purchased year passes for Adventure island and Busch Gardens recently. We thought this would be a nice way to celebrate our kids doing good in school. Having not been to adventure island in years we were mortified by our experience. Let’s start with the park was filthy! There was trash everywhere and the water it the kids area was a dirty grey color! Then I personally went to get in line with my 9 and 6 yr old for a water slide. Every line was over an hour wait! We waited 1 hr and 15 min to go down one slide. Then to top off that experience I had to block my children from the 20 yr olds groping and making out in front of us for that entire time! So at this point we have been here 2 hrs and done one slide. My son was hungry so I walked to every food area and same thing 45 min - 1 hr to get food! Ridiculous! They need to limit the people that enter the park. Then the finale was when I returned we witnessed two fights. One an older teenager punched from what we could tell about an 8 or 9 year old kid for no apparent reason. When the parent of that child confronted the other kids parents they said boys will be boys. At this point another brawl was about to go down. Security was finally involved and during that whole situation we seen some girls start screaming vulgar words at each other! I have a 1,6,9 yr olds. This place was definitely not kid friendly . I felt like I was on guard the whole time. This was when we left. Half a day and $900 for one waterslide! We called and complained and they said we can’t refund anything to you and now we are stuck with passes we will never use.

My family of two adults and one eleven-year-old had a nice day here on a Tuesday in early June. We were allowed to take water in. We followed the lead of our child and did not try to do everything. We got there when the park opened and rode the Solar Vortex twice with very little waiting. The line there was longer later in the day. We were able to ride the other slides with waits of less than fifteen minutes. Our favorites were the Splash Attack play area, the Lazy River, and Vanish Point. At lunch time, and until we left about three, there were long lines for food. We skipped the restaurant line and got drinks and large, yummy pretzels from the bar with a wait of less than five minutes. I would have been frustrated if we had really needed to wait in the restaurant line.

Requested a refund wasn’t able to attend called like 30 times never answered my call stayed in the calls over 40 min each call and never answered so I called trip advisor and they sent you an email apparently you never got it I need help for my refund please call 9415807553
