This park required us to purchase a ticket on line as if they were limiting the amount of people post pandemic. That was further from the truth. It was the most poorly ran operation. Was told on line that was allowed to bring water into the park and then was made to pore water out before entering the park. Also paid to park and had to walk at least a half a mile from vehicle to gate. While I was walking noticed that woman pushing baby strollers down what could be described as a goat path. Women were having to take kids out of strollers and pull down path. Should have provided some kind of transportation for women with children. Once in the park no rules were being followed and not enough staff to make sure that there was some kind of order being maintained. Worse experience after paying 50.00 per person - that was allegedly half off. For a total of 150.00 for 3 and another 25.00 to park. Nevertheless will never recommend anyone to waste the money and time with your family spend it else where.

I gave the park a 1/5 because 0/5 is not available! The park was extremely understaffed-- I say this based on the disorganization and lack of ability to even have enough food/water areas opened. We had to wait in line and were able to finally get food after waiting 72 minutes in line! We had no access to fluids since they took our water bottles, Gatorade and soda away at the entrance. There are no water or drink kiosk easily available to just drop in and get some drinkable water. Eat a good breakfast/lunch before going to the park. Be sure to hydrate prior to going!! Be ready to have lots of patience and wait in line. We attempted to rent a cabana simply because they have water-- yet they could not find one! The park was not even full capacity so how could they not have a cabana available!! The staff have no power to help you!!

Honest opinion as first time visitor.....family of 4 went on Sat May 22. We tried to be there when park opened up at 10am but get there to parking lot at 10:15, had plenty of parking near park and the entrance to get through was very quick. The park is not big but the water slides are pretty fun, especially the Solar Vortex which you will want to wait on first as it will have the longest line. We did all the slides in about 2 hours and left at 12:30 to have lunch at a nearby restaurant outside the park. The wave pool looked pretty weak and we skipped it but the cliff diving from 10 ft was very fun of the kids. Based on this short and sweet experience and that we went to the water park as part of our Fun Card (didn't spend $50+ pp) just for the park, i'd give it 4 stars. However on way out, we saw that people had to park in an over flow lot with a decent walk to the entrance and there was a huge line to get into the park. The wait for the slides would be very long in the afternoon. Therefore i wouldn't go out of my way for this water park and ones in Orlando are much bigger but if live in the area and go first thing in the morning, then can have a few hours of fun. If go any later in the day, might as well turn around cause it will be a 1 star experience then.
