We went on May 17th (2021) - all rides were open, but we only found a couple of the concession options available. If you're looking for burgers and drinks, then you're good to go! They seemed reasonably staffed, but it seemed like a light day as far as crowds go. The lines were relatively short. Even with a light day, the quick passes had value. We got at least 6-10 more trips down the slides out of the day. I would not spend the money on all-day dining, Each of us got a burger meal and were content/happy for the day and we spent less money overall. If you need more than that and/or need drinks beyond a few bottles of water, then maybe it'd be worth it. I saw a lot of reviews complaining about both constructions and things being run down - sure some of it seemed a little aged, but some seemed newer - all was fun so why does it matter?
I almost gave it a 4 star for the pizza we wanted but could not find :-/ but we had a blast on the slides which frankly was the most important part for us.
