Lines were long for rides which I expected since it was a weekend. What was disappointing is the lines for food/water. Waiting over an hour is unacceptable in this heat. If they don’t have the staff then they should reduce the number of tickets. Or allow customers to bring food.

I was not able to use the tickets I purchased tickets for Saturday and when I got to the front they wouldn’t let us in so I had to go on adventure island and purchase 4 more tickets. I need my money back from you all because I was not planning to go there on Sunday. I was there on Saturday.

Small park, some attractions closed and the most important thing... STAY AWAY OF ALL DAY DINING OPTION. You will spend more time in line to buy food or drinks than at the attractions. They only had one place to buy food or drinks and you will spend 20-60 minutes each time you want even a coke, because they don´t let you use it anywhere else than ONE place. They tell you it´s one per hour, but will probably need to make the line ask your coke and put in line again to do so. I bought a 2 Day 2 Park option and I was told to exchange my ticket for a wristband on the second day. I made the line at Guest Services for 15 minutes and asked a team memeber about it but told me to go the restaurant to do that. After 25 minutes at the restaurant they told me it was at Guest Relations, 30 more minutes at Guest Relations to be told that they cannot exchange 2 day passes for bracelets. more than an hour lost in something they dont know how it works.
