Really bad experience. Came from Arkansas with two kids, reservation and tickets bought on Aug 17/2020. For our surprise 9/10, we took Uber and the gate a sign saying park is closed, sunny, nice weather. I called them and there is no refund. Thank you Sea World for ruinning our vacation, really bad customer service, zero stars, no respect at all for who is paying. Well, with my money not anymore! Reading previous comments, I just realized that this company is a rip off!

Extremely upset with this establishment. Tried to go for a fun family outing but was denied entry due to a medical disability. I am unable to wear masks for multiple reasons and am medically exempt from doing so. My family and I went to adventure islands and my husband and two young sons also don’t wear masks due to breathing issues, walked up hoping to be temp checked and enter,but were discriminated against due to our lack of “face covering” even after I told several employees that I was medically exempt. There are no words for how sad it made me to have to tell my kids we couldn’t go have a fun day to an amusement park we used to frequently enjoy and spend our hard earned money at. The only thing they would quickly offer to do was offer a “full refund”, which isn’t even remotely the same as being able to enjoy family time due to medical discrimination. I fully expect to continue speaking with our lawyers on the matter. Will not be returning due to this.

Bought 3 annual passes. Ends up my gf is not doing it due to Covid. Adventure Island would make no special exception to refund 1 of 3 tickets due to the pandemic. Sure, I bought the ticket knowing it was non refundable. I didn't know my gf wouldn't go. There should be special circumstances in extreme situations. I lost $100. My son and I will try to get our money worth this year, but I've dropped our plans on making this an annual tradition.
