The shuttle did pick us up from the airport to our hotel. They dropped us off far from the entrance so we had to Walk with our luggage bags . On the departure, we didn’t get a call or confirmation to the time of pickup so I called and they scheduled us for 5:30pm with a confirmation call before pickup . We never received a call and I tried calling but unable to get a live person. We had to call a Uber . I called from home to get a refund and they denied it because they said I had to give proof of my call . Very disappointed. Unorganized.

Where to begin..... You should not have to continually call for a ride. So disappointed. DRIVERS ARE AMAZING!!! The office/phone operator is a hot mess.... unorganized!

They were late almost 45 minutes to pick us up and after that a shuttle full of other passengers came which barely had space for our luggage’s And had multiple stops to drop off people and I had to stop out each time to avoid someone one else taking our bags and the shuttle was very old and dirty inside all the sits were ripped apart
