What To Expect

Kachemak Bay State Park

Take a 2-hour (or longer) trip out on the water, catered to whatever your interests might be. Go see humpback and orca whales, birds, sea otters, or just check out the landscape as you cruise into deeper bays that push up against mountains and waterfalls. You can even choose what time of day to go. Are you into photography? Tailer your trip, depart early morning or late evening to capture images in the best light.

Our trip was amazing. Se went in and were able to get our tour booked very quickly. We booked a round trip to Grewingk Glacier. Captain John was fantastic. He not only made sure we were comfortable but also gave us a full tour of the place. He also showed us some wildlife on our way back.

We saw lots of sea life: eagles, sea otters, seals and lots of other birds. Captain John was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Capt. John was extremely knowledgeable about sea life! He knew where and when to go. He knew where all the places where we could to see otters, sea lions, puffins, and of course whales!! He listened to our requests and made sure we got to see all of it. Thank you for making our experience over and above our expectations!
