Great tour, with a great driver/guide. A smaller group allows for more friendly conversation, which made it fun. The stops were beautiful. Muir Woods was tranquil and beautiful. Had lunch in Sausalito by the water. And Alcatraz was very interesting. Out tour guide was well versed in tidbits of info, and he was genuine and we could tell he enjoys what he does. Highly recommend

Alcatraz was definitely worth visiting. There was quite a few people milling around all listening to their headphones and because they were all at relatively the same place in the story having all arrived together on the ferry, it could get a bit congested at times. Muir Woods was disappointing - part of it was shut and we were mixed up with a large school party of primary school kids whom the teachers did not seem to have any control over (or interest in!!). Only go, if a nature trail of sorts is your thing! As for Sausalito - well, I'm not sure what the trip was all about!! There is nothing there but a few shops! Not enough time to eat or do anything really. I would give this a miss. The bus driver was excellent and chatted and gave us facts throughout the trip. He also dropped us the correct pier for the Alcatraz ferry and took others back to the start point.

Dear customer, Alcatraz is one of the most visited place in USA. It's really well organized to make sur that everybody have enough time to enjoy their tour. And trust me it's not easy. You were with only 10 other customers during our tour. That happen that other people wants to visit Muir Woods or Alcatraz. Both are part of the National Parks who are for everyone. That's why sometimes a school bus could come in the woods (not operate by us), even other people than the maximum of 11 people that our mini van can accommodate, but it's big enough to stay away if you want. I am always happy to see kids in the park playing outside and at Must See we encourage that. I was a kid and I loved to play outside. I am not sure you can have Alcatraz and/or Muir Woods just for yourself. We offer private tours on request www.mustsee.world Best
