So crowded. Got there right before it opened and the line to get in was so long. Security guards at the entrance seemed very rude when asked a question. Once inside after passing the first exhibit we spent like 5 minutes walking around some empty white hall that was under construction while trying to find where to go next. Most things where to overcrowded to enjoy. The whole trip felt overwhelming and rushed.

This is one of my favorite museums in the world! Very educational and full of information and spectacle. Be sure and check out the main rotunda, the elephant herd, the whale, the rainforest, the canoe, the sequoia tree slice, the T-Rex and the Titanosaur! Also go see the Planetarium show and an IMAX movie, too!

This place is massive, in fact perhaps too big. It would take you all day to do it properly and no doubt lead to exhibit fatigue. Its also fairly difficult to navigate around so make sure you grab a map. I booked extra exhibits when I got online tickets which works well as it gives you a focus on where to go at what time. Did the oceans and planetarium, both of which were excellent. The downside is that it is very popular and therefore very busy. Even though we had bought tickets in advance we still had to queue to get in which took 30mins, so be warned. Also its very busy inside too and so can be difficult to get close to some of the more popular exhibits.
