Many visitors to Lancaster seek out meaningful personal contact with the Amish community. Imagine visiting three Amish properties where our longstanding relationships allow you to become their guests during your stay. This exclusive tour is limited to 14 guests, and provides the rare opportunity to meet and talk to various Amish where they live and work. The three stops: Visit an Amish farm at milking time, go behind-the-scenes with an Amish craftsman, and then sit and chat with an Amish family right in their home.

We booked the VIP Amish Experience for a Saturday activity. Our guide Harriett did a great job answering questions from the group and pointing out interesting facts along the way, Including differences between Amish and Mennonites. We stopped first at an Amish furniture maker, then to an Amish home to meet the family and see homemade jams and jellies, and last to a working Amish dairy farm. Highly recommend!

Jay tour guide was brilliant, witty and knowledgable. Visited soap maker, family and farm for milking time. Family visit with Elma and Suzzie was the most interesting and informative
