My Mom and I went out from Anacortes for an afternoon whale watch and it was SOOO wonderful! We had Captain Drew, Aubrey and Dawn on our boat, and I think it was called the Orcas Express? Something like that.. Hahaha.. Anyway, we were set for a three and a half hour cruise, but the Captain heard that Orcas had been spotted pretty far away and took a vote from the passengers to see if everyone was okay with extending our adventure to go see them.. Everyone voted yes so we went way out to the straight of san juan de fuca and were out for more than an extra hour! It was WONDERFUL! We saw a humpback whale and a pod of Orcas near Port Angeles! The Captain and crew were super informative, fun and sweet. They were also very respectful of the animals and the environment, keeping a respectful distance and not lingering around them for too long. This was very important to my Mom and I because we were very concerned about bothering them and having any negative impact. They even stopped the boat at one point to fish a balloon off the surface of the water. Awesome! I highly recommend this adventure to anyone!

Awesome! We had Capt. Dave and naturalists Jen and Dawn. Was a great experience and fun! Saw many different whales and the sea lions were super cute.

We had such an amazing time saw blue whales, humpback and a pod of orcas. Captain Rob was friendly and Knowledgeable.
