2
Horseshoe Bend
Next, it's off to Horseshoe Bend. Take an approximate 0.75-mile (1.2-km) hike that brings you to one of the best overlooks. At a point not far downstream from the Glen Canyon Dam, the Colorado River meanders around a rock promontory, creating the horseshoe-shaped loop beloved by visitors and photographers from around the world. As you approach the edge, take in the wonderful view. Please note: You'll hike a total of 2 miles (3.2 km); comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.
3
Glen Canyon Dam Overlook
Enjoy amazing views as you enjoy a picnic lunch at Glen Canyon Dam Overlook.
4
Antelope Canyon
At Antelope Canyon, follow your Navajo guide through a narrow slit in the earth where youā€™ll see the sculpted sandstone cliff. Sunlight from overhead creates shafts of light that pass into the canyon, making it even more beautiful. Descend ladders into the depths of the canyon to discover more of this serene place, and take photos with help from your guide about using the right settings on your camera for the light and the best angles for taking interesting shots. Antelope Canyon is a photographers dream.

The perfect way to spend a day is traveling with tour guide Brad to Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. On the drive from Flagstaff, Brad told us about the culture, geology and history of the areas we passed. We enjoyed lunch at the Glen Canyon Dam. The natural beauty of the sites, particularly sunlit Antelope Canyon, will remain with us forever. We highly recommend this tour for anyone who can walk a mile (Horseshoe Bend) and navigate ladders (Antelope Canyon).

This was the best tour ever! Our tour guide, Brad, was so knowledgeable about everything! We were informed about geology, Native American history, culture and present day circumstances, Arizona flora and fauna and he threw in a few jokes too. I learned a lot. The drive was lovely and Antelope canyon was spectacular!! The whole day was perfect, I would recommend this tour to everyone! It was the perfect day. We were lucky with the weather, a great time of year to do this trip. Brad was very accommodating to all our needs and wants. Thank you for this memorable adventure.

We had a great tour of Antelope Canyon (lower) and Horseshoe Bend. We had perfect weather and our guide Scott was a wealth of information on the local area and inhabitants. Our local guide for the Canyon tour was great and went out of his way to take pictures of the group and help them through the canyon which does have some narrow passages and steep ladders. If you can't easily climb into and out of a bus you should think twice about taking this tour.
