2
Horseshoe Bend
Next, it's off to Horseshoe Bend. Take an approximate 0.75-mile (1.2-km) hike that brings you to one of the best overlooks. At a point not far downstream from the Glen Canyon Dam, the Colorado River meanders around a rock promontory, creating the horseshoe-shaped loop beloved by visitors and photographers from around the world. As you approach the edge, take in the wonderful view. Please note: You'll hike a total of 2 miles (3.2 km); comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.
3
Glen Canyon Dam Overlook
Enjoy amazing views as you enjoy a picnic lunch at Glen Canyon Dam Overlook.
4
Antelope Canyon
At Antelope Canyon, follow your Navajo guide through a narrow slit in the earth where youā€™ll see the sculpted sandstone cliff. Sunlight from overhead creates shafts of light that pass into the canyon, making it even more beautiful. Descend ladders into the depths of the canyon to discover more of this serene place, and take photos with help from your guide about using the right settings on your camera for the light and the best angles for taking interesting shots. Antelope Canyon is a photographers dream.

We went on our tour last week and really enjoyed the entire experience. Marcia was a great guide having lived in the area for many years and sharing her knowledge and experiences the entire day. From the Horseshoe Bend Canyon to the Lake Powell Dam and the actual gorgeous Antelope Canyon we saw and picked up so much amazing info. Definitely recommend this tour and Macia's awesome guidance! The picnic lunch and snacks were also a great treat!

We did the Angelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend Day tour from Flagstaff. Maggie picked us up on time from our hotel. There were 10 total for the tour that day, including my husband and me. Maggie remembered everyone's name and was a delight. Maggie did an excellent job in letting us know what the plans were for the day, when we would be stopping, what the restroom situation would be where we stopped and how long we would stop, when to be back to the bus etc. She never rushed us though, she understood we were on vacation. She did a wonderful job of making sure we made our reservations and Antelope Canyon for that afternoon. Our first stop was Horsehoe Bend, after spending about an hour and a half at horseshoe bend, and Maggie taking our picture so we had the beautiful view in the background we went to the picnic spot where we had a wonderful lunch. Sandwiches, fruit, pasta salad, chips, drinks. They thought of it all and it was served on a nice plate. After the picnic we headed to Antelope Canyon. That tour was conducted by a different guide since we were on Navajo land, but Maggie took our entire group inside and got us settled for meeting our next guide. She never left until we were safely with our next guide and onto the Antelope Canyon tour. When we were finished she was waiting for us for the drive back to Flagstaff. While we traveled we had plenty of cold water and soft drinks, salty snacks, sweet snacks. I can't recommend this group highly enough. Everything was well thought out, the driving was safe, and we had water and snacks galore. I will recommend this to anyone wanting to see these two destinations.

Horseshoe bend and Antelope Canyon simply speak for themselves, as their beauty exceeds anything I can write. As for the trip, it was a very informative excursion, as the driver/guide provided interesting details about various locations throughout the journey. I highly recommend this vendor to see these amazing locations.
