Overview

Located southeast of Lower Antelope canyon by the gateway town of Page, AZ. The slot canyon is chiseled out by millions of years’ worth of flood erosion and impactful winds on its sandstone, enough to sculpt out the iconic "X" shape that aptly named the canyon. Antelope Canyon X is a relatively new scenic tour and the lesser-known cousin of Upper/Lower Antelope Canyon, which results in fewer visitors, and a less-crowded experience.

Antelope Canyon X is an impressive mixture of both A-shaped and V-shaped slot canyon walls. Antelope Canyon X is one of the deepest sections of the slot canyon, offering amazing photo opportunities. It truly is a great vacation spot for photography and an incredible slot canyon experience.

Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
Not recommended for pregnant travelers
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
All guests must be able to walk unassisted on uneven surfaces and elevation changes i.e., steep incline/decline. This experience is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Antelope Canyon does not allow: HIKING STICKS, CANES, WALKERS, OR WHEELCHAIRS.
The time on your voucher is the check-in time. It is very important to arrive by your scheduled check-in time or your reservation may be subject to cancellation with no refund.
Voucher and valid photo ID required for check-in.
Child safety/booster seats required for guest(s) 8 years old or younger.

This was a great section of Antelope Canyon to visit. You were able to see what both the Upper and Lower sections of Antelope Canyon look like. Our Navajo guide Darlene and the van drivers were awesome to work with and had a lot of information and great conversations. I also like that this is the newest section of the canyon to open up (just 7 years old for access). There were only 15 people in our group and we only saw other groups briefly at the intersection where we entered the Canyon. I highly recommend visiting Canyon X for your Antelope Canyon experience.
