Learning the history of the mine was very interesting and our guide Mr. Brandon was great - you could almost see the working mine as he told us about the workers and what they had to go through every day!

A great tour! I love history and the guide was knowledgeable and engaging. I would have liked to have known about all the stairs, though... I'm elderly and it was a little challenging. Overall, a great tour!

It runs on time and our guide was outstanding. Mathew is his name. The knowledge he gives you in such a short time is amazing. We have lived in CO all our lives and had no idea there was a four mile tunnel in these mountains to Blackhawk!
