This tour was packed with a ton of interesting information delivered by an outstanding tour guide, Vanessa. Her annunciation was impeccable, and her volume was perfect. Two of our party have some hearing loss issues and they were both able to understand everything she said. This tunnel system is unlike any other I’ve toured. Even if you’ve tried one in another city you should give this one a go! There is nothing dark or claustrophobic about these tunnels, and they are extremely clean. There is also beautiful architecture from multiple time periods highlighted during the tour. Covid rules were followed for the areas we were in, PPE items and disinfectant products were available from our guide.

Vanessa was a great tour guide. She messaged before the tour, kept showing us interesting additional information on her phone, volunteered to take pics, and sent us recommendations of other sites after the tour. She followed COVID precautions and I noticed her sanitizing her hands often. The tour itself was interesting. It was great getting more history about the tunnels and famous buildings in the city.
