Eileen was super knowledgable about not only the murals themselves but also the community and history behind each piece of the work. If you like street arts this is the tour to go! Highly recommended!

Wow! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this tour. Douglas was a fantastic and knowledgeable tour guide. He gave great information about the artists, murals, and the history behind the murals. He knew obscure facts (like why the artist painted a bull with its horn broken). When the tour ended, he offered to drive a few of us back to where we started the tour. He probably spent an extra 30 minutes to an hour with us after the tour ended. On the drive back, he stopped to show us another mural (just for the heck of it). So happy I went on this tour; it left me feeling inspired and was the highlight of my trip. Thanks again Douglas!

Austin Art Walk was a highlight of our trip to Austin. We got to see great artwork and learn about local street art culture. Douglas who led the tour included background information that not only covered the art pieces themselves but how they fit in the larger cultural landscape of Austin. Some works reached beyond the US as well. We loved the tour and hope that it will expose more and more people to street art like it did with us.
