We toured with a group of 10, 2 people per boat, Jason in his own boat in the lead. We followed Jason like ducklings follow mamma duck. We were able to move fast and the spray that wet us felt good on a hot May Day. We stopped and watched some dolphins, then moved on to a beautiful white sand island. We walked around for a time. Jason gave us info about the mangroves and the 10,000 islands, in general. I found some shells before we got back on the boat. We took a different route back through the mangroves in places where larger boats could not maneuver. It was great to be on the water and very much fun! Thank you! (Wear shoes & clothing that is able to get wet.)

My husband and I first balked at the price of $135 per person but decided to make this event a highpoint of our vacation to Marco Island. Are we glad we made that decision!! Arriving at the marina yesterday morning, we were briefed on the safety points and then got on our personal double hulled boat with its outboard motor and awning. You felt you were seated in a nicely padded deck chair with room to stretch out your legs. Each boat was equipped with ice and water for our comfort. The overall tour was just as amazing as it was fun. The craft would go up to about 30mph in open water or at a leisurely pace when you were among the mangroves. There was so much to see and enjoy like the bald eagles, peregrine falcons, and brown pelicans. We stopped in one open are to watch three or more dolphins swim around us and only a couple of hundred feet away. This was a trip highlight! The tour stopped at one of the out islands for some shell hunting before our trip back. The entire time out on the water was over 2.5 hours -- this tour was so totally worth the price for two people. We were very comfortable, saw some incredible sights and views, enjoyed being on the water, and liked having our own craft for a bit of independence. The guide and owner is Connor, nice guy and was very tuned to helping us out.

This was the worst tour I have been on. The tour should have been cancelled. It was very windy and we went out in the waves in very small boats. It was bad. Two months after the hurricane there was no wildlife no dolphins no birds. The mangroves were devastated from the hurricane and no wildlife could live in them. They went out on the tour for the money. All we did was ride around for 2/12 hours with a stop at an island. Total waste of time and money!!! Dick Palatine, Illinois

Thank you for your opinion. After My manager explained that it was going going to be choppy due to the winds and offered to reschedule or refund...everyone opted to go. Yes We have just gone through the most difficult time of our lives. Most of us being homeless, Jobless, and losing our docks to operate out of. facing Hurricane Irma a direct hit. I am not sure what was expected when it comes to the devastation. The mangroves and wildlife are on there way back quickly. I am very proud myself and my crew of how quickly we have made a return and opened back up so quickly. Not fair to blame us for what mother nature has thrown at us.
