Not at all what was expected. The bus took much to long at the stops, the ticket agents held up the departure from nearly every stop due to seemingly not to understand keeping with schedule. It took over 2hrs to make the lop the first time. We had hoped to do the lop one time and then decide what points of interest we would want to spend time at, but due to the delays at stop's made us have to change our plans. We only had one day to do the sights and this didn't happen and lastly the audio tour guide was not always directly timed to the location of the bus plus the headphones would cut in and out to the point that we had to hold the plug into the socket at times in order to hear anything at all. This is not worth the time or the $.

Horrible experience to expensive for what it is! The drivers we had drove like race cars downtown Chicago and it was very scary! Non of the bus route stops seemed accurate or easy to understand.
