There is no guide on the bus and the pre-recorded “tour” is awful. They waste time on quizzes about celebrities who are from Chicago and tell you absolutely nothing about amazing buildings and art as you drive past. The app was terrible. There was a bus with no driver, parked at a stop that looked like our nearest bus, but it didn’t leave for an hour. The stops aren’t really where the app shows you and the buses don’t always follow the route. Made it hard to enjoy and use. Would not recommend.

If you are planning to see multiple attractions around the area in one day - this is a terrific option. Informative and super convenient. It took us to everywhere we wanted to go, didn’t have to worry about parking or Ubers or figuring out the transit system. It really is the perfect choice. You can start your trip at any stop, but at the end of the day - after about 4:30/5 you can only get back to stop 1. Check with the driver before you get off about what time the last pick up is at that stop

Our experience was nice. Everyone was kind. We only got off the tour bus once and walked 15 minutes to our car but only because it wasn't time for the next pick up and it was actually a very nice day.
