There was poor communication between Viator and Big Bus Tours. The agents in Chicago couldn't explain our pass very well and the second agent on the second bus we were on said our pass was already redeemed so we couldn't ride the second day without a ticket, which we didn't remember being given on the first day. Also had trouble booking the paid for night tour included with the two day pass. Spent over 30 minutes on phone with Viator trying to straighten it out, but was not resolved. I have requested refund for night tour and second day, but haven't received it yet. Not sure if the problem is with Big Bus or Viator, but would recommend buying this one directly from Big Bus.

I had a horrible experience. I purchased a 2 day special pass which included a night trip. I went to get on the bus at 12 noon yesterday and was turned away by the bus driver. She had made a mistake but after we sorted it all out it was too late for use to travel. We wanted to take the night trip tonight Monday but we’re refused because they said it was booked for Sunday night. I called an texted to get the right to take the tour tonight but although I spoke to a lady in customer service who assured me they would call back. So we paid $124 for two tickets and didn’t get waist we wanted and were refused entrance to the bus yesterday at water tower when we tried to board. What a rip off and customer service doesn’t do anything or follow through. The bus driver was wrong and ruined our chance of getting on the 12 noon bus which we had paid for. Beware of this group. Not legit and not good

Ricardo was our amazing driver!! So friendly and funny. The recording was distracting. I could have listened to Ricardo all day!!!
