This was my first time riding a hop on hop off bus, and I'm happy that we decided on the Big Bus Chicago. Cynthia was knowledgeable of city attractions, local restaurants, and even provided us with Halloween festivities to visit while in Chicago. Thank you Cynthia for providing us with a locals perspective! Cant wait to come back in the summer time and ride the Bug Bus Chicago again.

I love the Chicago Riverwalk with the beautiful architectural buildings and the restaurants along the way. It would have been nice to go back at night but it was windy & cold. We should visit Chicago in summer.

I enjoyed everything about this tour. ticket agent Dorothy was so polite and helpful. She scan and answered all of our questions and concerns and made me and my family feel well welcomed while on our trip in Chicago. We will back next vacation. Highly recommend this amazing tour.
