Advertised as a 2 hour tour was done in 53 minutes. Most of the speakers didn't work on the bus so you couldn't hear the commentary about the points of interest.

Would have been a five but you really need paper maps for those who are technically challenged or prefer a paper map. Also on your digital map there are two number one stops which is confusing. La Shonda was an excellent representative for Big Bus. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Great way to see the city and not worry about traffic. LaShonda was super helpful showing us to the bus stop for pick up at navy pier. She sat and had a conversation with us and was probably the friendliest person we’ve encountered in Chicago!
