This was the least favorite of all the big bus tours in many cities. 1st, the bus pulled out of the stop at 9:58 for a 10 am tour. Needless to say, we missed it as we were 100 yds from the stop and had to wait 30 minutes for the next one. Once we boarded, the tour was all canned audio - no interaction from the tour guide except to tell you what stop we were approaching. Big bus tours are a great way to get a n understanding of the layout of the city and places you may want to visit bit for t expect too much from this Chicago run
