Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate all feedback. First, we would like to extend our apologies for the experience you had with us here in Chicago. We take pride in ensuring that all of our customers enjoy themselves while touring with us, based on what you have stated we have failed to make this happen. On the date of your tour there were events taking place that were out of our control and because of these events our tour route was affected severely. Along with the Columbus day parade we also had our CPS teachers union strike taking place, which caused a tremendous build up resulting in our buses running almost 45 minutes behind.
