My sister who was traveling with me said this used to be a great tour and that most guides really knew their stuff and sometimes even entertaining. This trip was none of that. First off, it was cold and rainy. I know the weather is not their fault, but they have added advertising wraps to the busses and they hold water even after it quits raining so you cannot see out. An easy fix would be to take a blower down each side at each stop or as needed. Secondly, the have gotten rid of the guides and give you ear plugs for a recording. It is mostly music and when they do talk it is not synced to the tour. The last driver, one of four, tried to insert a little history and humor but it was a little late.

We like to do the Hop On bus whenever we visit a new city. We get a thumbnail history of the city, transport to the most interesting places with a chance to get off and actually visit them and then back on a bus to the next stop. We get tips on other things to see and do as well. It’s usually an all day part of our trip. You can read about a city but actually seeing and hearing all the delightful stories make it so much more interesting

We had to sit inside the bus in the last raw. We didn't see anything. The driver tried to compensate us with yelling all the time that coused us temporary hearing demage. We were realy happy when He stopped talking and we listened to His "coodriver". For the same money you should provide everone with the same service and experience.
