Had an amazing ride through chicago city with Michael as the tour guide and David as the driver. Alot of enthusiasm and if I had cash I would have tipped.

Fantastic tour!! We booked a 1 day pass and travelled around the city on the yellow loop. Great way to see the city. We used the hop on facility as an easy way to get to where we wanted to go (like a taxi!). Great guides, Lance was informative as well as funny. Highly recommended!!

Great way to see the city! The tour guides on the bus were very informative. We would not have enjoyed the city as much on our own. Our only criticism, which isn’t that bad, is that the bus was always very full and some people had to be underneath and could not sit up top (preferred). There could have been more buses (or sold fewer tickets) to alleviate that problem. If you did not time your stops right, you could be standing at the bus stop for up to 20 minutes.

In regards to the crowded buses we do apologize but we do run a constant service allowing customers to get on and off at various stops and sometimes we cant control seating availability.
