I decided to use Bigbus to look around downtown Chicago. I must not have used the app right since I laned up at the office instead of the start point :-( But thankfully for me, the manager John helped me get to the required place and I had a great tour. John and the team definitely went beyond the call of duty. The tour guide was very informative and entertaining. (forget his name). Overall was a great option.

The Hop-On Hop-Off Tour was really enjoyable. The tour guides are friendly and entertaining. We appreciated the opportunity to get off at different stops, spend some time enjoying the area on our own and then hopping back on the bus to the next destination. This is a good value and enjoyable for the whole family.

While I did expect a bit more information, I was driven past the major sights of Chicago. The “guide” was sort of informed but at times it was a bit disjointed. Not bad for two hours if you don’t get off I guess. If you are in town and don’t have a lot of time to see the sights, like a conference - this could be an option.
