My grandson and I took the Big Bus tour and everything went as planned. We got off at attractions we wanted to see and when we went to the bus stop we never waited over 10 minutes for the bus to arrive. Our tour guides were very helpful giving tips about getting around the city and restaurants we should try. The guides also gave us interesting information about the City. I will recommend the Big Bus tours to my friends.

This is an okay way to get an overview of the city, but we have been on many hop on hop off tours in other cities that were more informative with more stops. With that being said, the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a decent tour to get a quick view of the city.

Attitudes were a bit disappointing. There were more than a few employees on this line that seemed as if they were bothered by those of us who chose this activity. I found more than a few to be rude and unfriendly. Frankly, they could use some pointers in dealing with excited visitors to the City.
