Unfortunately the tour started of badly, one of the ground staff at stop number 1 was extremely obnoxious. He was not next to the booth to give directions and when he saw us waiting he claimed we were waiting on an invitation. The bus tour was nice, though. You guys need more professional staff, and less dumb attitude. 27/9/2018.

The Hop On Hop Off Bus was a great introduction to Chicago sights. There were about 14 stops along the way. We planned out ahead of time what we wanted to see and got off at those places. It took a lot of the worry about getting around in a city we had never visited before. We went on the 2 day pass. After the first day we realized that many of the sights were within easy walking distance from our hotel, so a one day pass would have been enough. If we do it again we will go to the places farther away on the bus and walk to the closer sights on other days. We learned a lot about various places along the way from the bus guide that was interesting. Definitely do the bus ride for at least a day!
