Shay and Eddy were our tour guide and driver and they were WONDERFUL!!! Shay was very knowledgeable and personable. She knew her stuff and was very entertaining as well. She also pointed out the best places for pizza, dogs, popcorn, and shopping!! Eddy was an excellent driver that kept us safe in some "interesting" traffic. We only had one day to explore and Shay made sure we knew where the fun places were at! We would definitely use this company and ask for Shay and Eddy again.

After arriving late the night before from Seattle on the Empire Builder train, it left us only one day in Chicago. The Big Bus Hop on Hop off was the only way to make the best of our time. Sean was our guide for half the tour, as we got off at Navy Pier. He was very informative and had a great rapport and an excellent sense of humour. We really enjoyed the time and we saw a lot more of Chicago than we could have 'walking'

My sister and I did this tour last year but didn't make the whole circuit so we decided to go again. Our guide Alex was very informative and mentioned a little known park in the city near Maggie Dailey Park. We were able to find the park the next day and enjoy the quiet and beauty of it, in a very busy city.
