Very clean, tour guides were great. Jack & Eddie were the best. This was a good way to see the city and hear the history. I would recommend riding on the top deck. The only trouble we had was getting from the train stop to the first bus stop. We soon realized that Chicago city blocks were larger that what we were used to. Down the block and around the corner was a ways to go with an elderly person.

Had a fantastic tour given by tour guide Jack and driver Mario!! Jack had a fantastic way with his approach to keep riders engaged in the interesting and important facts, providing comedic humour and interacting with guests as the tour continued. We rode almost the entire line, and even waited for jack and Mario to have a break just so we could continue with them. We did find one other guide who was informative but on the dry side. If you’re looking to see Chicago with the wind through your hair, this is the great and easy way to go!

Travelling with two adults and two teens, our teens said this was one of the best Chicago activities they did. It was good, and to do on the first day. Eye-wateringly expensive though for a circular bus journey, so use the Chicago Go-Card, as you don't really hop on and off. Let's be honest. You just listen to a funny guide, which ours was, see the sights (on the first day to get your bearings and so what is what) and then move to the next attraction on the Go-Card. But recommended, as there is so much the bus shows you, unique to Chicago as it is one of the most beautiful cities in the USA, so a bus trip is a great idea. A river cruise, not so much - kayak it instead as we did....Water Riders..
