My family and I chose the Big Bus Hop on and off Tour because it was our older son’s birthday and he wanted to be downtown for the the day. We live in the suburbs so begin downtown Chi is something different. The tour guides or directors who is at each exit and enter points are informative and respectful. All but one, who asked my family for a paper ticket when we had to leave one bus to board another (per the driver) I found it strange that she didn’t ask anyone else who reboarded but us. Luckily the new driver, said to come in because he noticed that we were with the rest of the group that was boarding the bus, not just random people trying to get a free ride. She didn’t apologize, she just stared into space. What ever! Other than that, it was a great experience.

There were many buses available and the pick up time was short. Huge shut out to Candice, one of ten drivers who took her time and explained everything on each location to the passengers and made it so fun

It was a rainy cold 5th September morning and to add to our troubles, the audio streaming was not working.....all this changed when Charlie our tour driver + guide took over....he is too good and made us all smile....the traffic at the planetarium was choke a block, but Charlie kept us all entertained throughout...if not for him, it would have been a horrible experience....thank you Charlie...keep up the great work you do ...with a smile and all that love.....sadly 3 stops from the end ...v all had to hop into the next coming bus.....now v knew the difference, as that bus was super quiet like a hearse...u know what i mean!!!!!!
