Super great idea but the narrative both on recording and by bus driver needs an upgrade. Both our drivers, although good drivers, did little to talk about the sites. Have to think tough driving and talking. Maybe just do an upgrade and let a better recording due to the narration. Again understand could be tough to coordinate but think that a better experience could be had.

It was a wonderful city. Very beautiful. The hop on hop off bus allowed us to see the important sights of the city. The Willis tower was great, millenium park beautiful. Would highly recommend taking the tour.

We had to wait 20 minutes for the bus, 2 times. Then the bus we were on stopped and we had to transfer to another bus. We waited 30 minutes for that bus to leave. The information they share throughout the ride is pre-recorded; it is hard to hear and is completely un-informative. The individual collecting tickets was sweating profusely and rude, I think he just hates his job. We ultimately stopped taking the bus and walked or took Uber. This bus tour was a complete waste of money and time. Instead, take Uber or taxis. There are plenty of taxis available and they are easy to find. We did many other excursions in Chicago and they were all great. This was a complete fiasco.
