Our driver, Candace, was funny and personable. She got a nice pict of my son and I against the Chicago skyline. Part of the tour had to be re-routed because of a protest and she gave us her own commentary as we drove along. Only complaint is at the end of the day we tried to catch a bus at 5pm. App said final bus at 5:25. We hung around the millennium park stop from 4:55 to 5:30 and no bus. Not a huge deal for us as we enjoy walking and the time spent waiting allowed the rain to stop. If the weather had been worse or we were really far from our hotel would’ve been more disappointed

Limited narrative by drivers, audio was mostly music, no history or details, boring, expensive bus ride. Don't recommend
