Great loop around Chicago to get a feel for the city. The pre recorded narrative was a bit on the weak side, but the staff was very welcoming. A bit hard to believe that the bus we were on was sent out in +90 F temperatures with inoperative AC system. But would recommend as a precursor to walking the city.

Saw a lot of the city without walking a lot in the heat. Best part was that 2 of our 3 drivers narrated the tour live, rather than using the audio headphones.

This is a great way to see Chicago. We visited the Bean (Cloud Gate), The Water Tower, & the Fort Deerfield site. The only thing I would ask them to do is the bus stop locations need to be much more visible. The stop across the river from the TRUMP Tower, the person was late getting to the stop with her sign, and we weren't sure if we were at the right spot. It was great once we were on the bus. We sat upstairs so we could see all the sites. Good way to see Chicago if you have a short stay.
