Experience was great family had a blast on tour and Loved Chicago my aunt came from Guanajuato Mexico. Tour guys had a great sense of humor and welcomed everyone. Weather was beautiful and also buses were clean.

Our first driver, Candace was wonderful. Engaging, fun stories, safe driver and our experience was wonderful. From there, it all went down hill. The next drivers were garbled in speech, if they talked, yelling in the microphone. NO tour information, just sit and ride, NOTHING offered in the way of enhancing your knowledge of Chicago. In addition, one of the drivers drive so roughly it was miserable. Jerky, abrupt stops, jump starts, horrible driver. Lastly, no AC in the lower level. Overcrowded sweaty bodies, no ac no windows. Great concept but not as advertised.

The Big Bus , don't give you a tour, it do more stopping picking people up from there bus stop. They are just making money on the tours who don't know. Ever poor. This company is taking advantage of the tours. I will be posting on Facebook.
