First off if you do a search online using Goggle or Safari for bigbustours.com for Chicago and click maps you are directed to an incorrect map. We spent hours and 2.9 miles walking to the Willis Tower. We knew for sure there was a stop there. The tour guide staff came across less than enthusiastic about the tour itself. We booked with Viator and received an email Sunday June 28th confirming our reservation as confirmed and paid for at $97.14. I was charged over $107.98. We previously used Big Bus in Boston. The maps, tour staff and experience in Boston was why we decided to book again in Chicago. We travel often and enjoyed learning history and landmark information. Personally I requesting a refund.

I had one bus driver who gave us a talking tour of Chicago instead of the headphone tour. She was amazing!

Did two days pass. First driver was horrible. Never talked during the trip. When it was time to switch busses he was ruided to people. Saying just get off my bus. Now my other driver Ms Kadijah you could tell she loved her job. She made special efforts to make everyone feel comfortable. Talked about everything and was very patient with people. You all should make her a trainer. I could have rode her bus all. "Happy Tuesday '
