The Big Bus is what you would expect. It comes about every 30 minutes so you often have a wait. And it only goes in one direction so don't rely on it to get you somewhere fast. Driver Tay was very enthusiastic about Chicago and you can tell she loves her city. She's friendly and a good driver too - very smooth.

Hop and hop off is great if you don’t mind waiting for the next bus. One other problem we had purchased the ticket for the aquarium through Big Bus,when we got to the aquarium we were put into a separate line which was totally unacceptable,waited over a half hour while the line next to us went right in. We already had tickets and a registered time. We only had to show our bus pass once to the drivers over 2 days unacceptable!

The second bus driver was amazing. He talk about the building. The first driver did not ever talk she just told use to use the headphones. The African American guy was funny too. I will tell other people about the hop on and hop of bus tour especial with little kids.
