My wife and I really enjoyed our bus tour. Using the app made it easy to find one of the pick up locations, and it was good to see a sign and one of their dressed personnel their to validate our tickets and give some information. The bus arrived on time and the bus drivers and tour guide on ear phones did a good job of giving out information and keeping the ride funny and interesting. Great way to see the city, well worth the price.

Big Bus Chicago and Big Bus NYC fired all of their live tour guides onboard...At both locations the company promised to hire live guides back after the tourists returned from pandemic, but instead company used that time to produce and install a prerecorded narrative on their buses...The head of Big Bus Chicago was interviewed on a Chicago radio station bragging on how superior the new recorded narrative was. But instead the customers who have used the new service without a guide, have posted and reviewed that new narrative is a joke... Big Fail by Big Bus.. They compromised customer's experience and more importantly. customer's safety in exchange for profit..
