I think some people will always find something to whine about, and I could mention some of the negatives about this but I won't! Good value for money on the whole. The buses are frequent, and the guides are amusing! Ok...one thing I didn't appreciate was the expectation of a tip at the end. Why are we supposed to be paying them in addition to buying a ticket??? Otherwise well worth the money because the river tour to the Statue of Liberty is included.

Our guide, John Harkins, was exceptional! His knowledge and delivery of facts was so impressive that we did not want to leave the bus. I am so glad my family and I were on his bus.

Headphones barely worked the first time and our guide was new with a very strong accent so he did not add much enjoyment. The second ride they did not work at a level that almost no one could hear but yet they still did not pull this bus. Did not find they guides add much and honestly you just sit in noisey traffic most of the time. Thankfully it was not that expensive as we only bought the 2 day pass with a bonus day which we ended up just giving to some one else at the Hotel.
