The trip was fun and worthwhile, Alcatraz was definitely worth the trip and the guide on the bus was knowledgable. The only issue I had was that the instructions that are emailed to you are not very clear, they tell you to go to the collection point 24 hours before your Alcatraz trip to collect your tickets. I did this with out realising it would also activate my 48 hour bus tickets. This meant I lost out on a day on the bus tours. My plan was to do the bus tour in the morning, Alcatraz in the afternoon and then use the hop on hop off bus the following day to revisit places of interest pointed out on the tour, which unfortunately I couldn't do due to the poor instructions.

Tour itself was ok. The people who work behind the counter were not helpful at all. WE missed another event that we were doing because of bad information by the people in the store.

BJ was a great tourguide. also Leo.
