Driver failed to give us the ear plugs until stop 8, seemed to always beside a bus or truck which blocked view

A really great tour - very knowledgeable and friendly guides. We did the tour before anything else to get our bearings and this worked very well as they also give you hints and tips on the bus.

Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to poor info about how to get tickets for Alcatraz once at pier 39. You need to get the actual tickets from group services but it wasnt said prior. Also in waiting for the night tour, we were made to wait in line outside the center in the rain :(
