Amazing! There is a lot to see in San Francisco and this tour is an excellent choice. I would definitely use the big bus when I go visit Chicago.

Poor documentation received with voucher. We had a 48hr ticket but nowhere was it asked or did it say when you wanted to do the Alcatraz tour, so we planned to do it on day 2. When we went to Fishermans wharf to convert the voucher into tickets we found that we had been booked to go to Alcatraz that day, leaving in half an hour. The staff said this was a common occurrence with Viator bookings. The buses were old right hand drive buses ex UK? without recorded audio tour but there were live guides some good some bad. The buses leaked in the rain, you needed a poncho in some seats downstairs. But the routes and frequency were good
